Using your existing username and passwords and the name of your company, your customers will be able to connect to your business via Nucleus Touch and start processing their orders on this app directly. Customers will be able to access: - Products that you have assigned to them - Pricing that you have approved - Edit live orders, within timeframes set by you - Retrieve historic invoices or pending orders - Update account details directly You as the business owner will be able to: - Communicate to your clients via instant messaging - Increase online order adoption, which will reduce your costs - Further streamline your order management - Increase your professionalism to your clients Once your customer places an order on Nucleus Touch, their order flows directly into your Nucleus management platform, ready for you to organise, stock and dispatch. Just like our web based platform, Nucleus Touch informs your clients when their order passes through each of your manufacturing or dispatch steps, keeping them informed and up to date about their order progress.
